“Song’s Specialty Egg Rolls” |

History: Song learned the recipe for her egg rolls at a young age from her mother. Song shared her egg rolls with co-workers and friends and the unique taste was a huge hit! Soon she was asked to make egg rolls for company functions and social gatherings. With the encouragement from friends and family Song choose to start her own egg roll business called Khmai Cuisine. Song is originally from Cambodia in which people there are known as “Khmer” which is pronounced “Ka-Mai” -- so Song opted to call her business “Khmai Cuisine” with a little bit different spelling so it would be spelled more like it sounded.
Khmai Cuisine is a licensed Wisconsin wholesale meat processor located in Wausau, Wisconsin. |
